Central Texas Friendship Seminar

The Kom Do Kwan Martial Arts Association and the United Martial Arts Society invite you to attend a full day martial arts seminar with instructors from many different styles and groups.

The event will consist of a morning session (3 hours, 6 training events) and an afternoon session (3 hours, 6 training events). Each hour there will be two instructors teaching.

The morning session will run from 9-12 and the afternoon session will run from 1 to 4.

Cost for the event will be $40 for either 1/2 day session or $65 for the full event.

2013 Central Texas Friendship Tournament

Our annual friendship tournament, the 2013 Central Texas Friendship Tournament, will be held April 20th. This is a great opportunity to compete against new students of many different kinds of Martial Arts. Exposure to this kind of an experience is great for martial artists and also gives students a reason to practice harder and smarter! Participation in this tournament is a great idea for all ages and ranks, even for the tots.

There will be five events at the tournament:

  1. Knights and Warriors (foam sword and shield provided by the organizers)
  2. Forms (weapons)
  3. Forms
  4. Point Sparring
  5. Continuous Sparring

Tournament Starts: 10:00 AM
