Membership
The Kom Do Kwan™ offers both Individual
and school memberships.
Individual Memberships
Individual memberships are open to
independent students who do not belong to a Kom Do Kwan™ School and are
required for Kom Do Kwan™ School Black Belt members. Click the

Benefits of Individual Membership
Include:
- Identification Card
- Kom Do Kwan™ Patch
- Gup & Dan Certification (Generally
applying through your school)
- A 20% discount on Kom Do Kwan™
events (Seminars & Tournaments)
Terms of Membership
Membership is for 1 year and renewals annually. The cost for
Annual Membership is $50 for the first year (includes Rank Recognition)
and $20 per year there after.
School Membership
School Membership in the Kom Do Kwan™ is
for Tae Kwon Do Schools and Clubs that practice regularly, have regular
students and want to pass on the traditional values and skills of the
Martial Arts to their students. School Membership is open to all
styles of Tae Kwon Do and school may use whichever set of forms they

Benefits of School Membership include:
- A School Charter
- The right to recommend promotion
for Gup and Dan Candidates (according to requirements)
- A website listing on the Kom
Do Kwan™ and
www.natkd.com website
- The Ability to sit on Kom Do
Kwan™ Testing Boards and host
Kom Do Kwan™ Events
- Standardized Curriculum Guides
- Access to Higher Level Training
Modules Such as: Joint Locks, Chokes, Sweeps Take Downs,
Weapons, Form Interpretation etc...
- Special School Owner Incentive
Programs for Kom Do Kwan™ Events
Terms of Membership
Membership is for 1 year and renewals annually. The cost for
Annual Membership is $150 for the first year (includes rank recognition
for school owner) then $50 per year there after.
